SheSpirit is a natural extension of my life work and passion.
I love to teach women of all ages, and help them gain important personal insight, realize their own value, and self-worth. The journey that led me to create SheSpirit has been one
of on-going and ever deepening introspection and experience. Having had a challenging upbringing, I have been drawn to help others by being there as a witness, a confidant, and a guide for people learning to trust and heal. This has been, and is, a gift to me, one I hold sacred. My spirit is filled with curiosity, gratitude, and compassion which has allowed me to grow and expand; always looking to learn more. Learning about who I am, all that has shaped me, and being an observer of life has lead me to live my life as close as possible to my beliefs each moment of each day, and to help others move forward on their life path.
Unfortunately I find that as women we are often disempowered, left feeling vulnerable,
exposed, or confused about our roles and self-worth, and hold misguided beliefs that we share and pass on to our daughters, sisters, and friends. Many womenbattle the feeling of “not good enough”, which can lead them to struggle with life choices and unfulfilled
dreams.
Now is the time to change that thinking and behaving. Now is the time for us to
recognize our true power, our innate gifts and talents, embrace our desires, and
understand the root of our beliefs. The more we grow as individuals, the more
other women around us will flourish.

SheSpirit offers several services including events, workshops, retreats, and private consultations to assist you in your journey of healing and self realization.
SheSpirit: SheSpirit services are designed to serve women and girls on their life journey to achieve personal insight and balance, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually in order to achieve the highest level of well being.
Reiki Healing: Reiki is a wonderful and gentle healing practice that anyone can learn and receive, even children. In fact, because we work with universal life force energy, Reiki is a powerful technique that can benefit you in so many ways.
